Cancellation policy

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal – unless a legal exception applies. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods.

Exclusion/Expiry of the right of withdrawal

No right of withdrawal exists in particular in the following cases:

• Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (personalized products).

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
